with your purchase. You have 30 days from your purchase date to
decide whether you like it or not, and if you are unsatisfied, you
may return it for your full money back or an exchange. It's our
responsibility to ensure that your purchase process is safe and
hassle-free. We will alleviate your concerns so that you can focus
on the excitement of your new jewelry purchase.
Returning Your Jewelry
We hope your
jewelry purchase has been an exciting purchase.
However, if you would like to return your
jewelry, you may do so within 15
days of its shipment. We accept returns for your
full money back or exchanges, excluding shipping
costs. Items that have
been worn, resized, engraved, or altered or
damaged in any way cannot be accepted for
return. Items will only be accepted if they are
returned with all of the original packaging
materials, as specified below.
We require that you take special
precautions in shipment.
- All returns are subject to
approval. We are not responsible for damaged merchandise due to
wear and tear and only accept returns if the said merchandise has
manufacturing defects, if they are of unsatisfactory quality or if
they were erroneously sent to a customer.
- All returns must be made within
15 days with a copy of the original invoice.
- No merchandise may be returned
without obtaining a Return Authorization Number (RA#). You must
obtain a RA# within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.

- Any unauthorized, improperly
packaged, or non-insured returns will be returned to sender.
